✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for prepaid orders that meet the following conditions:
• A return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
• Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Tamper-evident seal must be intact for hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., beard oils, derma rollers).
• Return is applicable only if the item was damaged during transit or the wrong product was delivered.
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of skincare and grooming products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tried.

🚫 No Returns on COD Orders
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This helps us prevent misuse and ensures the highest hygiene and safety standards for all customers.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return
If your prepaid order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@theprimemen.com within 10 days of delivery.
2. Share your order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.
4. Once verified, our team will guide you through the return/pickup process (if approved).

• Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
• Once approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Free Replacement for Wrong or Damaged Orders
We will not charge any fees for replacements in the following cases:
• Incorrect product delivered
• Incomplete sets or missing items
• Style/variant mismatch
• Product received in damaged condition
📦 Unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.
